Mr. Ruther is the chief strategist of the company and manager of the legal practice. Mr. Ruther has been a litigator for over 20 years and has taught legal ethics. Mel Lenane, Director of Operations. Ms Lenane has extensive call center management experience with Time Warner. To ensure quality and consistency of information provided to callers, we have selected experienced people who use a comprehensive and continuously updated database of legal issues. We also regularly train and re-train our lawyers, showing them how to obtain and provide information to callers as efficiently as possible. All Legal Advice Line attorneys are licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and other jurisdictions we serve. All attorneys are paid salaries commensurate with other lawyers in this region and will not be compensated based on the number of minutes they will be on the phone with a caller.
